I ARRIVED an hour and 15 minutes late, due to unforseen circumstances, only to be told my booking had been cancelled, despite checking in online that morning and the car still being available, I was forced to pay again at the counter with RentSmart24. Auto Europe Took my money immediately when I booked- yet now tells me it will take 6 to 8 weeks to "review" my complaint! In the meantime I've paid twice for the same vehicle. To make matters worse, their staff can't even keep the story straight. One admitted they cancelled the booking, another claimed they didn't, THE FACT IS IVE BEEN SCAMMED AND LIED TOO This is not a reputable company. Its a dishonest operation hiding behind policy and giving conflicting information to cover themselves. I will be avoiding Auto Europe at all cost.
