" Have received not the car that I booked. Booked an estate car, got compact. Coment was that they don't have estate cars... Deposit is still freezed, even thou a week already passed. "

" They gave us a downgrade of the car without any excuse. Autoeurope later refunded us €15. Tries to call them dor 3 days during our hire with no one answering the phone. Car was scratched all over with the windshield also chipped with cracks. "
