" The lady from the counter lied to me. She told that the car, Fiat 500, being too small, does not have a spare tire and she sold me an insurance in case I need assistance on the road. Very nasty! I did not check when I took the car, but ... seriously! Anyway, one day I put something in the trunk and ... surprise, I saw the spare tire. Very naște! "

" Car was a wreck: dirty, full of scratches and very used (50k km). Noticing how many scratches it has, i asked a declaration from the staff handing in the car stating that i am NOT going to be liable for some of the scratches that were not already indicated in the car file - it was impossible to get that thing written down -> i lived with the hope that upon return i will not be the one asked to cover these already existing scratches - luckily it was not the case in the end. "
