" Car didn't match the voucher. Was an nissa x-trail SUV instead 5 places van (rather noisy and uncomfortable). At drop off we had to wait 30min for shuttle to the airport. Otherwise all ok. "

" The desk staff very kindly stayed past the closing time to complete the handover, a member of staff even walked us to the parking area. I was also amazed that the night guard was empowered to carry out vehicle inspection and contract admin for both collection and drop off, I find this system very clever, the customer has a feeling he is not left alone. "
