" I wish someone had reviewed the car condition with me at pickup as there was pre-existing damage. I took a video of the car exterior just in case. Then, when I got an email after I had already picked the car it identified damage (a broken rear window wiper) that was not present. "

" We got the info for Pick-up the car at DOLLAR. But in Catania wasn´t a counter for DOLLAR. So it was very strange to find the correct Counter for Pick-up the car. It was HERTZ!! And we had to walk up to 2 km with our luggage (incl. Golfbags!!!) to find after a couple of inquiries. It would be very helpfully if the correct counter is written on the voucher! "
