" Unfortunetely, It was bad experience. Keddy is Europcar in Bari. It is the same company. When I rented the car, europcar stuff didn't talk me about using private parking in Napoli. But car or some car device stolen is usually for Napoli. i have car accident, rear lamps and audiosystme were stolen and i should pay 900 euros for it, i don't agree with it. Another one reason, thah i should pay fuel fee but I have returned car with full tank. "

" It was a good booking experience. The driving - not so much "

" The car was not in good shape, multiple bumps and dents, almost could not carry its own weight uphill (unless in 1st gear) and sometimes could not mechanically enter reverse and I had to let it roll a bit in neutral before the gear knob agreed to stay in reverse. I've driven this specific model on other occasions with no such problems "

" Excellent price! I saved over 200 euro by cancelling a booking ( free of charge) that I had made months before and booing this one 2 weeks before departure. "

" The staff were efficient at the Milan Bergamo office. The car had bumps, dents and scratches on every wheel and panel and a seat was stained. We made sure that we took loads of photos just in case we got charged fee them and requested that the stained seat also got put onto their list as it was not listed. We took the car back a day before we left the country as our flight was much earlier than the office actually opened. We were worried about getting charged for the various dents but everything was fine. "

" Everything was great; there were no hidden costs and we didn't have any incident with the car. The car was as presented in description, almost new. I liked the fact that it was a hybrid, although it consumed a bit too much for fiat 500 hybrid, but I guess that's expected for a fiat "
