" Smooth and simple "

" Pick up was painful, slow and not smooth. Garage is far from counter. We had to take and send pictures and videos by WhatsApp at pick up and drop off. Personnel is barely friendly. "

" I got a brand new car for an extremely low price. There was a free shuttle from the airport which was easy to locate and all the stuff members were very friendly and helpful. "

" On arrival in Venice, we discovered the company was not Green Motion but Viaggiare. Unlike Green Morion, Viaggiare insist on an international drivers; license, a rare request, and would not let me rent. We had to pay to switch the rez to my partner. When we got the car it was dirty. There was dust and hair on the dash and the touch screens were all smeared with greasy finger prints. After returning the car in the same condition, we were charged a cleaning fee. I will never rent with Green Motion or Viaggiare again. "
