" Worst car rental experience ever. The shuttle in Bergamo arrived late, even though I kept them updated on my arrival time. The car was dirty at pickup, yet I was told I had to return it clean or face a cleaning fee (first time I've heard that from a rental company). I filmed the car on pickup. When I returned it to Malpensa, they claimed to find a few minor scratches (barely visible in the video due to the dust on the car). I did not agree with the damage report and did not sign anything. Still, they charged €231 from my account, first from my credit card, then somehow from my debit card (which I never provided as a guarantee). I've since notified them and will initiate a chargeback through my bank. Truly the worst rental experience I've ever had. My advice: think very carefully before booking with no-name companies that don't care about customers. "

" 1. The car and the employees were very good! Good English and clean car! No hassle rent but they will try to sell you insurance directly with them ! I had purchased the insurance from AutoEurope while booking the car so I refused their offer ! In such case in case of accident or anything else you pay with your credit card and AutoEurope insurance will reimburse you! Happened before and it worked! 2. Because the company does not pay to access the airport "grounds" you may have to walk another 50 m so if rainy not a fun sport! I went to pickup the car and returned to pickup my wife! When back drop her with luggage at airport and then delivered the car. So add another 20-30 min to each activity :) All in all a good experience and would recommend the company who is at the beginning but surely will improve in time! "

" - The provided car was with almost empty tank (87 km), althought it was booked as "Full to Full". My requests to change the car wasn't answered by counter staff. They refused to call to a manager / owner or provide the phone number. After a while, some agressive worker come and attacked me physically !!! pushed and pulled me. I called police.. After their arrival, suddenly, the counter staff "found" another car with full tank of fuel, as per agreement. Additionally, I noticed, that cars not properly cleaned and disinfected between customers. Same was with mine. I didn't recommend this company at all. I think they should be excluded from your agregator listing. Their behaviour and attitude toward customers is a scam! "

They have me a smaller car than I booked and tried to trek me it was a free upgrade. The staff member on return was very courteous but kept me waiting for almost an hour before driving me back to the airport because he was alone and customers kept on arriving to collect rentals. After landing in Bergamo airport 22.15 I tried to reach "Felirent" many times but they didn't answer the call. I tried to call Auto Europe many times but no luck neither. I was left without any help despite saying assistance 24/7. The other rental companies were waiting for late customers but that was not a case with "Felirent". I was forced to rent a car over the counter and pay ridiculous amount of money. My reservation with "Felirent" was paid in full so I was expecting to pick up the car next day. Next morning I have reached "Felirent" office by phone and explained the situation. I got the answer "Come to the airport and call us". I drove all the way back from Bresca to Bergamo airport jus to figure out that my reservation was canceled and there is no car available for me. I was suggested to call Auto Europe. Auto Europe assistant (Vanessa?) said that situation should be solved by "Felirent" and there is no refund for canceled reservation. "Felirent" manager said he didn't have any cars available despite the fully paid reservation and assurance over the phone to come to the office. It clearly indicates that "Felirent" is not honest company. The same thing applies to Auto Europe: why you didn't try to help me by answering the phone calls or arranging another reservation? My reservation was paid in full and I have reached rental office as soon as I could. The least you can do in this case is to refund my reservation fee. It won't make the extra expenses, the time waisted and the feeling of being trapped in dishonest business. "

" Super bad service. They were late 45 min to take is from the airport. When they arrived around 30 people was waiting. For this 30 people they come with two buses with total capacity 10-12 persons. So most of the people must wait for another pick up tour. The staff explained that the problem is that we all have cars booked for 8am. But they appear in 8.45 accusing the clients that they are in time!? Also the staff speak only Italian. They even don't apologise for this situation. On reception when they give us the car they liked to charge us in advance for internal cleaning at the car. When we came back to drop off the car- we arrived 30 min earlier and we needed few minutes to arrange our luggage. Some man come to us, speaking only Italian, and force us to hurry because he could not wait for us and he should drive other people to the airport. So, in general terrible service, non respect to pick up hours for the car, but the car was almost brand new. "
