I tried to call the number for 45 minutes but they systematiqually hand up after a few minutes waiting. I called Auto-Europe who told me to look on page 3 of my voucher (!!!) where it was explained how to walk 500m out of the airport and then, take a shuttle bus... This is nonsense. And I got an horrible car (Skoda) with bumps all over, a dashboard all in greek... Never Again! "

" Our cars tire broke on a second day. I called the rental and their only advice was to change it for the temporary one and continue until the end of a rental time with very low speed. Due to that we didn't wasted so much of our short visit to Italy in a car. Also we had to cancel our planned trip to Venezia, as we just didn't make it with the car. We rented the car to take out the most of the time in Italy, but spent it in a slow and broken car. I didn't get any support from Centauro and they haven't replyd to my feedback and request also afterwards. I find it extremely unsatisfying and the broken car really ruined my trip to Italy. We really lost one day of our short and well-planned trip. I find it fair, if you after all my inconveniences and poor communication refund my rental fee. "

" At arrival, Cantauro was hard to find and took very long to fill all info and get the keys. Beware of security deposit, you have to have same credit card for renting and 'security', so for a week of rental you will be authorised for 2000@-2500€ (with security). Not ok. We could't make a credit card resevation that big so we payed additional 270€ for the car insurance. Car was fine, almost new and in perfect condition. Drop off was the thing that bothered us. Stuff simply didn't want that we check the car together. So we left the keys, I made few pictures of the car 'just in case' and left Sicily. 2 month later I was supriced with withdrawal of 50€. Damage they say. Not true of course. I booked this car with Auto Europe, ended up dealing with CENTAURO, I dont know whos fault this is but I would NOT recommend any of them to you. Si je voulais être sure d'être assurée, je devais débourser 400€ en plus du prix initial de la location!! Le véhicule m'a été donné avec 90% de carburant et devait être rendu avec la meme quantité, autant dire qu'il est très compliqué de remplir le reservoir à 90% et ils le savent très bien. " Misleading information on pick-up location - it's not in Terminal 1, it's 6 km away! Centauro staff said that was not their information but the broker's - Autoeurope's. Shuttle from terminal 1 to pick-up location did not show up for 40 minutes so I had to take a local taxi at fixed price of Eur 20 - will you reimburse this? Centauro office turned out to be extremely understaffed, long lines not to pick-up but to drop-off and close the contract (on Saturday, June 22nd, 2019). Same people that deal with the customers had to stop it at some point and drive the shuttle to the terminals - possible reason that shuttle service so sporadic. Overall - worst experience in 20+ years of rentals worldwide, you suck! "

This is just dumb. They made me take the car back to put the missing fuel. A client, should not be submited to any inconvenience. "

" The rental went quite smoothly for us. Note that they put a block of 1050 euros on your credit card if you do not take out their insurance policy (which is 25 euros a day).
