Car was I ok condition, several dents and scratches, 80000 km, but no safety issues and given the lower price compared to competitors the overall condition was fine. When returning the car they tried to claim ghat we were responsible for a dent which was already there when we picked up the car. I had pictures of when we picked it up and the accepted it and did not try to charge us for the dent. However it shows the importance of taking pictures at the beginning of a rental. Overall the experience was good and I would use them again. "

L'addetto ha ipotizzato che l'ammaccatura sia stata procurata dalla caduta di una pigna,e questo e compatibile con il tipo di ammacactura, ma questo non è il periodo delle pigne. Secondo me questo è un modo truffaldino per incamerare soldi, fanno una offerta bassissima per il noleggio e poi si rifanno con le ammaccature. My flight was half an hour delayed. I called them from the departure point to let them know and no one answered. I even took a taxi to go their registered office at Malpensa airport Milano but there were no offices there at via Sant'anna. Altogether, no one showed, even though I pointed the number of my flight, and even worse no one answered the phone during their working hours. I wrote them an e-mail requesting for a refund, because they charged me 89 euros in advance, but still no answer. Worst experience of my life. I will certainly not recommend it to anyone.
