" When I collected the car I was told to take photos of the existing damage to the car, which I did. There were a lot of scrapes and marks on the back bumper and some other marks on the car. When I returned the car there was an additional tiny mark on the back bumper that was identified by one of the counter staff. When I pointed out the other numerous scrapes and marks on the back bumper, that were there when I collected the car, I was ignored and told there is an extra mark on the bumper from when I had the car. I was charged €300 which was deducted from my deposit. I was very annoyed, felt I was being ripped off and it was opportunistic of them charging me. Tank was only 5/8 full also, breaking their full/full policy. Another customer persuaded me into getting their insurance having been fined EUR900 for underside damage.
