" normally I had good experience with you, waiting to get answers for all I wrote above "

" in your site it was written that the desk of this company is in the terminal. it was 1o min drive and I waited 30 till the shuttle appeared. in your site I added more money for full insurance. at the desk of cetaauro they explained that I don't have full insurance and I had to pay extra 42 euro. they also took from my card 109 euro for petrol in order to be cover if I will not bring back the car full. no company did this to me in the past "

" It is annoying that there is still an attempt to sell extra insurance while all insurance is taken out through Auto Europe. Misinformation was also given about Auto Europe's insurance. Price/quality was fine. Deposit for car and tank was returned quickly "

" Booking through Autoeurope web-site in the last 5 years I have never had problems with various car rental companies in Spain and Italy. Concerning settling a damage case with Autoeurope I can't say nothing - all my car rental ran smooth without damages. "

" From my own experience with Centauro in last 3 years in Barcelona, Palma, Alicante and Sevilla - the cars were always new and in excellent technical condition. In 4 of 6 my rentals I got upgrades from the class I paid for, last time in Sevilla even 5 classes higher - 7-sits SUV instead of small car. "

The waiting time for the service in the office of Centauro was 15 Minutes. The service itself was excellent. The shuttle from Centauro to the terminal was without waiting time. "

" It was a bit difficult to find Centauro because it is outside of the airport. We received a very good almost brand new car. The speed and level of service at the car rental was acceptable. A very good thing was that it was easy to contact Centauro from home after I gave back the car to check the status of the deposit and the petorl refund. "
