" Booking was fine, car was reaaly good, even got a small free upgrade but still leaving with a bad feeling since I paid far more than initially agreed "

" The car was really good, pickup was OK-ish. Some comments: - I arrived 4 hours later than expected and was told that the car was only kept for 2 hours after the agreed pickup time and I was extremely lucky they did not give my car to soeone else. I was very surprised to hear that. - Joy overwhelmed me when I was told that the insurance was full coverage although I did not order this. My joy vanished when I realized later that I signed a document that the PRICE TRIPLED COMPARED TO THE INITIAL AGREEMENT!!???!! The change in price was not even mentioned to me and I was asked to sign the paper quickly. I know I should have read it but still this is not an honest way to do business. - When returning the vehicle, there was 1 customer waiting in front of me. The lady at the counter clearly was not interested in handling the next customer and kep on telling the story of het whole life to the customer in front of me without keeping the queue in mind. Finally I left and dropped the keys in the drop box. "

" All ok except as stated in question 3. We found another rental company ourselves through Auto Europe however would have been better if Auto Europe could have done this for us as a loyal customer. "

" Good experience until we asked for a 2 week extension on the rental as they quoted a price €390 when we only paid €217 for this booking & €187 for the previous booking. When asked for a discount for rebooking they said not possible as the system makes the prices. Such a shame that we had to go elsewhere for a better deal! "

" I was satisfied about the experience with Auto Europe. There was a very good response to the requests I had before the car pick-up, but a little bit unexpected reaction about my problems with the car category and the fuel tank. "

" Instead of an Intermediate SUV Class car (Skoda Karoq or similar) I have received a Compact SUV Class Car (Volkswagen T-Cross). Additionally, the tank wasn't full at that moment (there were about 8-10 l petrol missing). The lady form the Firefly office told me to take the car as it was, because they have no possibility to change it. When I returned the car I brought it with full tank, to avoid unexpected delay. "

" Although the delivery was flawless, however, upon receiving the car, it was problematic with the employee pushing unbearably for full insurance of the car and raising the costs of potential damages in order for us to accept full insurance. The Delivery Area was open and the entrance was around the perimeter and impossible to access from the entrance that the navigator brought us. There must be a solution to this problem immediately. Finally, for the first time they ask me to fill up with fuel very close to the airport and keep the receipt. In any case I did it to avoid any charges and I also kept a video of the car! "

When I asked someone to come and mark down all the scratches then they said to me that I need to do photos. I did around 20 photos but when I returned the car then they found one scratch I did not photograph and said I need to pay for that. It was really small and for sure it will stay there for the next customer because they need to paint the entire car. Never recommend this company to anyone and will not use it any more never! It is a total scam! I am so sorry to say this. "

" 1. They required an extra fee for senior drivers over 51 years and said that every company in Barcelona does the same. AutoEurope should have noticed the clients of this. The first car was defect, and the replacement was much smaller, so that our luggage did not fit in. The third was also not working correctly: air condition worked only sometimes, the air pressure notification started to work after some days, but when checking the pressures everything was correct. They forgot to activate the automated motorway billing device, too, on the third car. "

" I do all my car rentals via AutoEurope for at least last 5 years, it is quite convenient. The only thing which I wish I could have is 24 hours assistance. "

Both times I took "zero excess with super-cover", so I had no problems when I took a car, neither when drop off. Cars were in perfect condition, in Gerona practically new. The desk and carpark in both cases were in terminal. I have to say that driving to other countries has to be paid additionally which may make total rate not so attractive. "

Last four rents have all been from different car rental company, and price difference has been very significant. Without Autoeurope I would have paid more. " You have great deals ! as I book often with you I know all the traps one could have once you are at the car rental booth ... long waiting times are to be expected in Malaga airport in high season and they always want to sell you expensive insurances! I avoid this through booking everything with you however not everyone knows and then you need to know the rental car dealer will block your credit card for a higher amount ... ! just be prepared you have enough credit ! haha for the rest All well ! thank you for providing great deals ! "
