" Booking was good "
" Car had damage on the wheels which I documented upon pickup, but they are trying to charge me for a mark on the RH front rim. They should always have someone available so that when you drop off the car you can defend your position. But when no one is around and you have to drop the keys in a box no way to defend the allegations. "

" Would highly recommend AutoEurope but not Budget at Alicante "
" Counter staff was more interested in upgrading me and getting me out of an automatic, as they only seemed to have larger automatic cars left. Charged me 77 euros for fuel, unsure what this was for, as I thought we had full to full handed paperwork and told where the vehicle was ( bay 154) not shown it or around it. Not interested in us as a customer only as an upsell! Still unsure of what I should have paid ! "

" They should be more up-front in explaining the "Fuel Up Front" option. In the US, you are charged a hold in advance, but here it was confusing. They charge you for the tank of fuel and you are reimbursed if you return it full. However, at first I thought I was charged in error. "
