" I was under the impression that the price I agreed to pay on-line covered everything including the insurance I needed. "

" Overall a positive experience but I was advised to pay an extra 105€ to insure the car otherwise it would prove very costly if damaged, even if not my fault. I was very pleased with the vehicle itself but there was some minor damage to it that I had to photograph before leaving the airport. "

" The Dollar rental car point is quite remote from Arrecife airport on Lanzarote. To find the place from where we were taken by the bus to the Dollar office was slightly diffucult, but everything other was perfect. "

" Not specific to dollar but counter staff tends to press to take a bigger more expensive car they are also trying hard to sell insurance even though i tend to have offers with waiver cover. Could you explain the difference as the counter staff tend to downplay the role of protection offered by auto europe while advertising their own insurances "
