" The payment/booking (including Insurance) done via Auto Europe broker. It should be clearly announced to the customers that Insurance coverage is accepted but not eligible by EuropeCar in this case and this is totally opposite to info per Voucher. "

" Probably because i was booking late at night, I did not immediately receive the booking voucher, it was however sent to me in the morning. Anyway this is just to say that, if it was (your or rental company) requirement to bring a paper copy of the rental voucher to the rental office during pickup, i would not have been able to present the Print copy to them. p.s. (i believe Autoeurope recommend during the booking process to print the Voucher). Anyway i hope paper copies should not be required ;) "

" My relationship with auto europe has always been good and I will remain a customer, as I understand that this circumstance has been partly my fault, and partly Europcar's fault for abusing its position. "
" I applied to EUROPCAR for an upgrade of my original contract under the following conditions: EBMR Basic Rental with Insurances, CDW, THP Nissan Micra or similar Economy 2 Door Car Manual With A/C I accepted a four door car and was offered a Renault Clio EDMR/EBMR for which I had to pay 291,01 Euro in addition to what I had already paid to AUTO EUROPE (130,75 Euro). In total I paid 421.76 euros. "

" I have overall been very satisfied with the car rental procedure with Europcar considering that the pick up and drop off was without a hitch and it was easy. We have rented a full electric car where it is a real break through considering how much we would have saved on fuel travelling where it will just require a slight bit of planning in terms of charging the vehicle before the next day travel.
