" Good experience until the day we dropped the car off. Really quick inspection and it was over. We go and a few hours later, we were in Naples and realized we had forgotten a pair of sunglasses. We called and asked the woman of the Salerno's office if she speaks english, she said no and just hang up.... very rude, we call back and made an effort to speak italian to explain about the sunglasses (we remembered precisely where they were in the car). She said she will verify. Two hours later, she said nothing was in the car. It let us a very uncomfortable feeling about this situation but most of all the way she answered to the phone was very rude. The other staff was very kind. "

" The overall experience in Keddy was good except the staffs at the car return in Termini station, the staffs there were very impolite and rude. While we returning the car in Termini station which located in a multi-storey car park, we found most of passways at the floor of Europcar were blocked by the other rental cars and we cannot drive our car to their office directly. We looked for their assistance and asked whether they can go and inspect the car with us (Both the staffs and our car on the same floor and they were just 30-40 m away) but they refused to do so and said we must park the car in front of their office. The problem was most of the passways were blocked and the way to their office were blocked too! We spent more than 10 minutes to backtrack, reverse drive and park the car to their office finally. Then they just picky about a small scratch on the tire cover which was existed when we picked up the car and told the staff at that time as well. We asked them to check with their colleagues and they ignored us. They requested us to make a compensation and sign a paper to admit the damage. Of course we did not do so and they yelling at us to leave. The whole car return process was unease and awful, we never met a car rental company with such poor service. "

Also, I had frequent faulty warning signs on the dashboard about tyre pressure being low, which proved to be not the case when I actually checked it. Nel momento in cui faccio presente che ho già sottoscritto una polizza "Super Cover" con Autoeurope non insiste minimamente nel propormi pacchetti opzionali e, in meno di 10 minuti, mi fornisce chiavi e documenti del veicolo (una peugeot 208 con 4.000 Km, praticamente nuova....). Al mio rientro, sabato 03/09/16, nonstante vi fosse il parcheggio colmo di veicoli in riconsegna, provvedono ad espletare le procedure di rientro in meno di 15 minuti. Efficientissimi. "

Il disagio si è verificato il 2 giugno, festa nazionale, con zero alternative, con il bagaglio di una settimana a seguito e l'impossibilità di muoversi liberamente. " While booking the car everything was easy and ok. But after I confirmed the booking and payed the money, we found out about guarantee payments and some other conditions we had to know before. I had to call 3 times and hold on forever in order to clear out things, which at the end, turned out not be cleared at all. "
" We were told that we had to block a certain amount in our credit card as a guarantee for the car, so I called 3 times to find out what the amount was, since the credit card system in Albania is different. No body could tell us the amount, but they said it would be minor. When we got to the airport, we found out the amount was EURO 300,- (we had EURO 200,- in our MasterCard) so we had to pay additional EURO 207,- insurance and tank and also blocked the EURO 200,- from my card. We were told that the amount blocked would have been refunded to us right away, at the moment we return the car, but it is still blocked as we communicate. Further on, we had booked a Mini Cooper and received a Citroen. (but the car was good though). "
