I have a separate offer from my bank that insures the waiver liability up to EUR3000 but not to full value of the car - I have never seen such offer. This forced me to pay additional insurance at Goldcar plus they applied 2 additional charges that i do not understand. They obviously saw me with 2 young kids knowing I will not walk away. Still it was AutoEurope offer that I have purchased that was different from reality. I would expect this to be solved. Other details of AutoEurope offer are very good, efficient, well presented and flexible, that is way i treat your service as primary. Not sure for how long considering the last experience in Spain. "

" I like Autoeurope. They give good prices. Conditions are clear. Information about all possible additional costs provided in the voucher. I use Autoeurope several times and always was satisfied with it. "
" I had to wait about 30 minutes in waiting line to rent a car (despite of there were 4 or 5 counter desks they worked rather slow that's why we had to wait). Then they pushed me to agree on car upgrade (with increase of rent cost by two times!). I rejected this proposal, and then they pushed me to get additional insurances and side road assistance. They really insisted on it so I felt uncomfortable (I had 3rd party insurance so did not need anything else). Finally I got a car. It was with lots of small damages but all significant damage was mentioned in contract (Interrent does not count small damage like scratch < 5cm that is good). After that everything was good. Drop-off was seamless and very quick. I reported that lamp in one of head light not working anymore, they checked car body, fuel tank and gave me final report near the car (so no need to go to counter desk and wait in line). So overall drop-off took about 5 minutes. "

When arriving at Gerona airport after 2h30 delay no one was there for us. No car available and we had hotel booked 50km away so impossible to go(We lost our room and no money back). We had to wait at the airport during 6h until the next morning in order to get the car. When arriving at the counter I was told that they couldn't wait for us last night because they don't get paid for that (Good start of our renting process). Lot of extra need to be paid in order to rent the car. First we have to pay extra 70€ to be able to travel to France with the car. Second I was told our credit card (company card) was not valid in Spain to pay the deposit and the only way to rent the car was to buy full cover insurance(We already bought insurance online). In total we have to pay an extra 230.96€ on top of the 95.65€ already paid online. A total of around 335€ for 7days with a mini type car is not acceptable. I will never use this renting company again and will never recommend to anyone. This is the worst experience I ever had for renting car. "

" Where do I start? The car was old and in poor mechanical condition. The valves were rattling as if it was an old diesel car. It was clean, but full of scratches. In the end, however, it ran well and it took us where we needed to go. There were no GPS units for rent. This proved very inconvenient, as it was our first time in northern Spain. The Interrent service is definitely a cheap option, and it was clearly demonstrated, as it lacked the convenience of other competitors. Upon returning the vehicle, I parked it in the first available space that I found on the lot, but I was asked to move it once I got to the counter because it was not one of their spots. I found this absurd, as this is why they have attendants helping their clients. They were joking among themselves, and it took a while before they would pay any attention to my arrival. On top of all, I was late by one hour, and they charged me an extra day for it. Will never consider Interrent again, and I will certainly make it known among my friends through public and social media. A bad experience overall. "

" My story is the next. I booked a car in your website. It was one Nissan Micra (ECONOMY CLASS) at PMI airport. When I arrived at there one of the lady in the desk told me the Nissan Micra not aviable. I have two options. One of them if I get Fiat 500 (MINI CLASS) it is free. And the second one, if I get Toyota Yaris. But! If I chose the Toyota Yaris, I have to pay extra five EUR/day. Or can I choose an Opel Mokka, plus 7 EUR/day. Both of them in the ECONOMY CLASS! And, very important, the lady told 5 or 7 EUR! Not 5 or 7 EUR plus tax! Well, it was more then enought for me! Finally of course I chosen the Toyota Yaris. But, I dont understand why I had to pay extra 58.81 EUR? Both of cars Nissan Micra and the Toyota Yaris are in totally same class! How to hell happened this? I think it is not correct behavior! " Possitive, I waas offered an "upgrade" to a diesel car because I was driving from Barcelona to Benidorm and back (@1000kms), but did have to pay extra +/- 12 Euro. Negative, the car was a total wreck! Broken lights, sratches along the length of both sides of the car (keyed) , the bonnet looked as if soeone had jumped on it, one of the doors had been hit whilst open and was severely damaged (door didn't close properly), bumpers all-round were scratched and dented.....It took me 30 minutes of arguing to get a replacement. Interrent is a duaghter of Europecar. Europecar, you should be ashamed of yourselves, as should Interent for offering a car in such poor/dangerous condition. "

Um dann wieder eine Stunde zum Flughafen zurück zufahren um endlich einen Erstzwagen zu bekommen. Nun sitzen wir auch noch auf den 325,- Euro Apschleppkosten . Went to collect the car in bay B35 and found a completely different car there. Eventually found our car in bay B10. Went to report the damage and again only one attendant to serve us in the car park meant another 10 minute wait.
