" The zero excess package did not cover windscreen and tyres. This wasn't clear when I did the booking on auto Europe. Prices of rental are reasonable. "
" The car had a rattling engine noise when given to me but only realized when I was driving on the motorway. I believe that rental car companies should provide cars in good condition to avoid any unsafe risks. "
