" 1- when we arrived at the counter, ~300 people already waiting for hours => eventhough we paid extra to be attended in priority, we waited 4 hours to get the car (with 2 babies, in the heat of the midday and all stressed out people) 2- the first car we got was very damaged, with many painting damages, 7th broken and the tank not full => after trying to fix the car, the team changed to a new car (still once again the tank was not full, but the staff told me it was another defected car) 3- when we dropped the car off (with full tank; I never had a problem to fullfil it...), we agreed there was a light damage on rear aisle ("had to be polished") and rear bump (already damaged before in other locations) => in consistency with their grid they invoiced 600€ !! (the most expensive repair ever for this light damage; and when I see the state of the 1st car they gave me, I really doubt they will repair anything...) A NIGHTMARE, A FRAUD THAT I WILL SHARE ON SOCIAL MEDIA "

" Sorry to say this but my experience was very bad. Instead of paying 108 € as charged by you and paid to you I had to pay another 261,10 € to OK rent. True is that I was late for pick up scheduled at 10:00 am. Upon my arrival I was informed that car is not available (VW Polo) and I have to pick other car more expensive (BMW or Audi even more expensive) and with higher insurance coverage. Auto Europe voucher has not been accepted by the staff and therefore only option was to pay new higher rental. So brief summary, instead of paying 108 € I paid 369,1 €. My question is why to use you if you have to accept the charges of the rental company. It is obvious that in the future, it is better to contact rental companies directly. "

Not only will I never use auto Europe again but I will tell of my colleagues not to either. Several of the charges from OK rent were duplicate charges that I had already paid with auto Europe. OK Rent said that auto Europe' charges did not cover the things that auto Europe said it would cover --including protection of the entire vehicle. For these charges I deserve a refund. I will be making a formal complaint to the company. I will certainly never use this company again or recommend it to anyone. "

We believe making a reservation ahead of time helped smooth the process, although an automatic car we had requested was not available even with the reservation (and we were requested to pay 5 additional euros for an upgrade, which we simply accepted). Cars tend to have scratches and/or dents on the exterior surface - advisable to take detail notes on the car conditions before renting. "
