" I cancelled a booking with autoeurope and the refund came after more than 2 months and after repeated reminders. "
" Excellent and quick service, shuttle bus from the port, immediate drop-off, staff very polite. Not very satisfied with the car. Although it was clean and in good condition, Citroen has the most inefficient automatic transmission (very slow and not responsive) and I have driven many type of cars, all automatic. "

" Autoeurope has a very large share of rental companies there in. The processes are standardised and more clearly explained therein. With the exception of places it doesn't really cover, I mostly use Autoeurope and would recommend to anyone! "

Minor setback is that they did not explain to me clearly they were withdrawing/refunding money from my card rather than locking/unlocking it as unsual. While it may have been written in the papers they truth is that one trusts what is being told. The pos terminal was also in Greek, so one couldn't not read it there... Anyway, amazing. "
