" What I did not like was that I had to pay extra for road assistant, despite the fact that I bought also from AutoEurope a full coverage package. I think this is 50% a problem on AutoEurope (you expect Road Assistance when you but a "full package") and 50% on Abby (many companies offer Road Assistance as a standard). In any case, I expect that when I receive the voucher this is wrtten clearly (not in the pages with small letters) in the voucher. I was not sure and had to call AutoEurope before I bought the road assistance package proposed by Abby. "

I needed to drop the vehicle before 8:00 that the office opens and I needed to pay that cost so that someone would be there to drop me off. The time of drop off was mentioned when I made the research for which company I would choose. "

" Generally okay but the counter experience needs to be better when you already hold separate insurance there is no need to push their own as hard as they did "
" Quite pushy at the pick up to collect the car to take out their insurance. The car whilst okay had a fair bit of minor damage on it and it took a fair while to identify in a dark car park with poor lighting. We ended up videoing the car condition just to make sure that we were covered on the return. All was well on the return so no issues "

" I cannot understand how Abbycar has no zero insurance policy I had to collect AutoEurope for assistance as the clerk would not issue any insurance policy. AutoEurope advised us and the clerk that they offer 2 policy on their website one at €12 and another at €17 daily He still charged us €20 daily and €200 excess Unacceptable "

" Charging excessive fees for very minor cosmetic damage, which will not be repaired before the car is rented again, is a dishonest practice. I will discourage anyone from using AbbyCar. "
" The car was acceptable. It was not completely clean and had stains on the seats. When I returned the car I pointed out a 5cm scratch that was new. I was charged 250 Euros for the small scratch. This amount was unreasonable and unfair. I consider this a dishonest practice and will not use AbbyCar in the future. "

" I would have liked a better car than the Suzuki Baleno, with a better clutch and dampers, or a better price on this one, but I can't complain. Everything was great. And it was mid-season. "
" Fast pickup, location was within 2 minutes of the airport. Fast procedures, nice explanation of the terms. We were presented the previous scratches of the car, which was pretty new. Abbycar didn't force or try to sell their own insurance, this is the first time I ever encountered this. I liked it. The girl at the counter felt really friendly. The car was clean. "

" The car itself had about 84000 km on the odometer, and the clutch took some getting used to, because the engagement point was too high, in my opinion. But it got the job done. I would consider using ABBYCAR again, but I would also consider paying a little more for the companies right inside the airport, especially if their price includes GPS. "
" I declined the GPS option, because its cost would have increased the rental price by 57%. I tried to decline the CDW, not to reduce the price, but because it is required by Bank of America to "activate" the full collision coverage provided by their credit card. That of course makes no sense, but I was unable to get any explanation from BoA. That policy is waived in countries that require CDW by law, such as Italy, but not Greece. However, the Greecian ABBYCAR rep insisted that I could not decline the CDW, even when I explained the BoA policy. And he could not explain any of it either. I left the office not actually sure what coverage, if any, was in effect!! Fortunately, there were no damages to the car, so I didn't have to find out. I wish, for the next person's sake, that ABBYCAR and BoA would work together to clarify the CDW options.. "
