" Although the vehicle itself was more or less fine (Fiat Tipo vs Opel Astra in the booking) there were importantissues with the child seat that we had also requested. The seat was given to us in a very bad condition. It was very dirty (full of cramps and stains) and looked like it was several years old. It had no isofix connectors so it required using the seat belt for attaching it to the rear seat. When we asked for a demonstration on how this should be made, we were told rather impolitely to look at the (very worn out) stickers on the side of the seat. The instructions on the stickers were very basic to say the least and not very clear. To make things worse when we returned the car, we were actually told that the way we have fastened the seat belt was not correct., so there was a safety risk for the duration of our rental. I would expect than when a service is offered, it comes with full support on how to use it. It makes no sense in providing old equipment with non standard usage and then refrain from giving support to the customer. Unfortunately since we will always need a child seat in the foreseeable future, we will not be renting from Enterprise again as our impression is that the provided child seat are not suitable. On the plus side, the drop-off of the vehicle was very fast and efficient. "

" Good cars and an agency I trust but booking out processes are slow so time spent waiting for pick up can be very long. "

" I chose Enterprise because the cars are generally good and I trust them. However the queue for picking up the car was very long and I waited for an hour. The computer processes for booking out the vehicles are very slow so each customer takes a long time - longer than most other agencies in my experience "

" The cheapest and best services you can get for your car rental, in any country you travel. The added benefit of having extra insurance in the low price, takes away any concern of not accepting the expensive insurance given by each car rental company. "

" They are the cheapest car rental agency I have used, however their car choices are not as extensive as other companies in same car groups. Still recommend this company to my friends and family, although do recommend if they do find about the same price with other company they might think about it further. One thing that I don't enjoy with Enterprise is that they don't clean their cars before rental (even inside is not as clean as expected). "
