" Transfers easy and quick, counter service efficient, polite. No further commercial offers. Car was nearly new. We took good care for it. Drop off correct, but we had some minor scratches at the upper surface of a plastig mirrorcap right, and we had to pay for it. (Try to get back form Auto Europe (Super Cover) Most rental cars have these minor scratches. I had the feeling that after the first rental of a new car, it lies under a magnifiing glass "

" All staff was very nice, but making a customer pay for an upgrade just because the booked car is not available is not reasonable. "
" I was at the car rental desk at the time I was supposed to pick up my car, however there were no vehicles of that class available. I was given the option to either wait for the car, or pay for an upgrade to have the car immediately. "

" Cars have many scratches although it's quite a new car. Luckily I took pictures of the scratches to show the staff when returning the car as a different staff would not know the condition of the car at the time of pick up. Fortunately the staff did not take not take issue either the scratches. "
