" The officer at the pick up counter was rude and over 30 minutes late in delivering the car to me. Fortunately, after my evaluation at the company itself, a high-ranking executive of the company contacted me and was interested in the negative experience I had as I am a GOLD member of CENTAURO. " They provide the cars 3/4 full which I do not like. Also, there was one incident where the manager was yelling at one employee in front of customers which of course is never nice. Maybe the manager was having a bad day, but still, if you have something negative to say to an employee you do that in person, and certainly not in the presence of customers. I am sorry to say this sort of mismanagement style occurs a lot in Greece. The recipient of the tasteless abuse handled it with grace. "

" I had to call in 2-3 times to be picked up. Being told that "the driver has already been twice" was infuriating, given that I called immediately upon arrival & informed them I was waiting to be picked up at they very location they told me to wait. All went smoothly thereafter. "
