" I rent over a dozen cars a year from auto Europe and in the vast majority of the case the rental companies you collaborate are good and polite "
" When I arrived I had to wait for more than 15 minutes to be picked up to get to their office. They gave me the car with 4/8 of the gas tank and when I mentioned that in the voucher it states that the car is rented with a full tank and returned as that they said they do not care what it is written since this is their policy In the droop off I had to wait for over 20 minutes to be taken to the airport "
