" Auto Europe is a great online agency. Very precise and trustworthy. When they get you a good deal on a car, it is a no-brainer to take it. Made several car rental reservations through Auto Europe- they have never disappointed me. "

" I always like to rent cars with local providers if possible. It is somewhat risky, but when it works out it's awesome. Took a car from Drive ar Thessaloniki airport. Landed in the middle of the night. All the large providers did not have service at all at that hour. A DRIVE shuttle waited at the meeting point just for us, took us to the lot. The diver was also the rental representative. Everything went smoothly- WONDERFULL (!!!!!) experience. "

" What I did not like was that I had to pay extra for road assistant, despite the fact that I bought also from AutoEurope a full coverage package. I think this is 50% a problem on AutoEurope (you expect Road Assistance when you but a "full package") and 50% on Abby (many companies offer Road Assistance as a standard). In any case, I expect that when I receive the voucher this is wrtten clearly (not in the pages with small letters) in the voucher. I was not sure and had to call AutoEurope before I bought the road assistance package proposed by Abby. "

" While the experience itself was great and without major problems, I did try to contact the Auto Euro team via mail and Facebook messenger to try to inform the people over at Green Motion that our flight was delayed by an hour but Auto Europe responded wayyy after we've landed, a day later to be exact. Timely response is important in this field of work. At the end of the day it wasn't an issue at Green Motion, but what if it was? "

" Reason I'm giving them an 8 is because their fleet ranges from new vehicles to pretty old ones and one can't really know what to expect. We received an old and clunky Nissan Micra, but after talking to the very lovely staff member at the counter we've changed it to a newer Opel Corsa, which was a nice gesture (we've originally booked an automatic Volkswagen Polo). "

" They provide the cars 3/4 full which I do not like. Also, there was one incident where the manager was yelling at one employee in front of customers which of course is never nice. Maybe the manager was having a bad day, but still, if you have something negative to say to an employee you do that in person, and certainly not in the presence of customers. I am sorry to say this sort of mismanagement style occurs a lot in Greece. The recipient of the tasteless abuse handled it with grace. "

" Generally okay but the counter experience needs to be better when you already hold separate insurance there is no need to push their own as hard as they did "

The car whilst okay had a fair bit of minor damage on it and it took a fair while to identify in a dark car park with poor lighting. We ended up videoing the car condition just to make sure that we were covered on the return. All was well on the return so no issues "

" Although the vehicle itself was more or less fine (Fiat Tipo vs Opel Astra in the booking) there were importantissues with the child seat that we had also requested. The seat was given to us in a very bad condition. It was very dirty (full of cramps and stains) and looked like it was several years old. It had no isofix connectors so it required using the seat belt for attaching it to the rear seat. When we asked for a demonstration on how this should be made, we were told rather impolitely to look at the (very worn out) stickers on the side of the seat. The instructions on the stickers were very basic to say the least and not very clear. To make things worse when we returned the car, we were actually told that the way we have fastened the seat belt was not correct., so there was a safety risk for the duration of our rental. I would expect than when a service is offered, it comes with full support on how to use it. It makes no sense in providing old equipment with non standard usage and then refrain from giving support to the customer. Unfortunately since we will always need a child seat in the foreseeable future, we will not be renting from Enterprise again as our impression is that the provided child seat are not suitable. On the plus side, the drop-off of the vehicle was very fast and efficient. "

" We ordered mini size car, but the rental company said they were overbooked and the small car is not available. We were offered free upgrade to 9 person minibus,which they claimed to be the only car available on that day. I wouldn't mind bigger car, but on the island Corfu with narrow roads, this was dangerous choice. Since there were no other option, we took it. But the car was not ready, they needed to transfer it from another branch and clean it. While we waited, we saw the same kia picanto which we ooriginally ordered to be returned by previous renter. We came back to the office and asked to change the car back to the small one, but they refused to do anything and said they don't have anything else. Rude & poor customer service. "

" Charging excessive fees for very minor cosmetic damage, which will not be repaired before the car is rented again, is a dishonest practice. I will discourage anyone from using AbbyCar. "

This amount was unreasonable and unfair. I consider this a dishonest practice and will not use AbbyCar in the future. "
