" While very friendly, the car was not in great shape and when I asked about what was clearly the spare tyre ( with low air) on the front, they told me it wasn't and it was fine. The squeaky brakes were a nice touch too. I've used Auto Europe for 12+ years and will continue with them, but I will not use Surprise Rental again. "

The real problem was the fact that they told me the extra insurance I bought wasn't enough and I needed to buy insurance to cover things like the bumper, windshield and side mirrors. That was an extra €330+ and an expensive surprise!! "

When I posted it out they said their agreement with AE was of €1000. Blaming AE ! Most rental companies now push so much on insurance and hate customers with prepaid insurance. "

" I haven't any particular problems but, the final price with FDW it's very very expansive . The condition of the car is not very well , and the waiting time to pick-up The car is too long . Some comunication problems with the operetor at the pick up Moment. No problem at the drop off moment but The waiting time is too long . If you use this company is better move yourself for the flights in advance . My suggestions are : - improve The numbers of the shuttle from airport to parking .or create a park near the airport. - Create some offers with some " bundle Pack" with the extra coverage. "

" I was due to collect car at 10pm. However my flight was late -I had no way of alerting the company and I was charged €25 extra for being 45 min late as company cut off fro pickup is 10pm. For the total price I ended up paying I would have been better going to more international company who have later cut off times-I am a regular car renter so have experience of unavoidable late arrivals. I did explain it was outside my control but no joy. I found this very annoying as 10pm is early for adding extra cost. I would not recommend this company -SURPRICE-because of this issue "

I call them also on 21/03/2019 talking to a female who didin't in the morning to ask them about receiving the car and they told me i can go there up to 10:00 in the night. At 17:00 i call them to go there and pick up the car and they refuse because the 2 hours pick up policy was enforced. my mornig phone call was not put into the system and i dont have a car. When i ask for the supervisor Mr TARE told me to call the next day after 10:00. i call them also today at 10:30 speakin with mr SPOKOS PANAGIOTIS and he still refused me to give me a car. "

Not happy at all how they managed the resolution which is still unresolved. I arrived late at the pickup because of flight delay and the rental company charged me 24.80 because of night pickup. However this was not written anywhere nor Autoeurope was able to manage the situation in the proper way. Very disappointed "

" Before the trip I asked what is price for roof rack rent, they haven't answered to my email, but when I arrived 00.30am they gave me 15 or 20 years old car with old school roof rack which I didn't needed because they haven't replied to my email and I haven't took my windsurfing gear, car was super noisy because of roof rack, they offered to come in the morning to change the car, I took the offer because it was unable to drive with it, I wasted half day of my vacation because of these changes. When I came to change the car they gave me the same ±15 years old Hyundai accent, it's super old car, with some broken parts.
