" I noticed that SicilyByCar is no longer available on Autoeurope. They partner up with Rentacar in Lyon, France and the quality of the vehicle we hired was extremely worrisome. The clutch and break had some leak making the vehicle smells of burnt oil/rubber. I contacted Rentacar and took them 3 days to respond. We requested for the car to be replaced but was given petty excuse by Rentacar. We had the most horrible trip ever. "

" I have never found the office place to take the car in Avignon TGV and nobody at the train station knew. When I finally talked to somebody on the phone for a few seconds as they hang up the phone, the only thing they told me is that a shuttle will come but never arrived. Finally I paid for not having my car, HOW CAN I BE REIMBURSED FOR CAR RENTAL ? "
