" Auto Europe is a clear and transparent means of renting a car. "

" The pick-up experience was the worst I have ever had. There was no shortage of staff - I counted at least 10 - but only one person was processing pick-ups for the customers. Although there were only 5 customers ahead of me, it took 2 hours to collect my car. It was the most incompetent and badly organised process conceivable. "

" It was rather strange experience. When I arrived to receive the car (booked more than 2 months before), there was no car in stock. First I was proposed some little manual car (the booked one was CDAR) - I refused. Then we were waiting for something about 1.5 hour. After that they promised that I'll get the car tomorrow (I agreed since we were staying in Paris some days more). They have ordered for us taxi to our hotel and even payed for it. On the next day they called and told that the car is ready. When we arrived, it was still in cleaning. So we got it (Not absolutely clean, but we had no time to wait. Inside it was OK). The car itself was ok (it was plugin hybrid. not charged, so the fuel consumption rather serious). It's sort of "happy end". I believe they are not "bad guys", but the situation is problematic. "

" Auto Europe fine as always shame Enterprise was a big let-down. "

" Very poor customer service. Arrived at the till to pick up our car. Were told that 15 minutes were needed for it to get ready...fine makes sense. 2 hours later still no car. Despite being told every 15 minutes that our car would be ready in 15 minutes as I kept asking. When we were finally sent out to collect our car. I realised that there were lots of cars there waiting to be rented so I could not understand the delay. Was then told that due to the long wait...ruined our first day trip program, we were promised a 15% discount. It's not been almost 2 weeks since our return and nothing has happened. This is a very amateur company. I have rented cars all over the world and never have I had such a bad experience. I have sent repeated emails but no response. "

" The car we were renting had just been returned; it was dirty and only had 3/8ths of a tank of gas so to make it up to us we were told that we could bring the car back empty. That worked for us and allowed us to start our trip immediately as we needed to do. "

" Enterprise lost my driver license. A person from the counter checked it but didn't give it back. I guess she simply forgot to hand it back to me and so did I. I contacted Enterprise several times and asked three different people from this office to look for my license and check CCTV cameras but none of them got back to me. "

" Parking lot is 5 minutes walk from the rental counter. They use fully electronic documentation, which is perfect, however you cannot easily see what existing damages are marked by the staff. Car is parked on level 6 of the parking and the ramp is quite narrow. "
