" All good across the board the only thing that is unclear is insurance. For example I have travel insurance that covers car rental issues etc then Auto Europe provides their own coverage and then the actual renter tries to seel theirs as well. Really hard to navigate the insurance situation. "

" Booking on line with Auto Europe was simple and straightforward - although the previously free cancellation is now a to-pay-for extra. "

" The car exhibited fairly extensive bodywork damage and we had to specifically ask for a document showing the damage and received a small hand written sketch of the areas of marks and damage. Also, the tyre pressure gauge was faulty and I had to reset it several times. I checked the tyre pressure each time to make the tyre pressures were ok. "
