" Shuttle bus too far away from terminal. 30 mins waiting for the bus to collect me in the rain with no shelter. Car had 98,000 km on it and car was rattling. I was the only passenger with no luggage and total km I drove in 4 days was 160km. I used the car just to get to my house and drive back. They wanted to charge me €30 to clean the car which I refused as it was in same condition I received. I have spoken to other people who I met at airport and they said they were also asked to pay for cleaning. This seems to be a new way of getting money from customers as I have rented from them on numerous occasions but I will never again. Shuttle bus use to be outside the terminal. "

" Pick up from airport could be quicker but due to Saturday was acceptable. In Auto Europe voucher wasn't strictly recommended to call Rentscape to find out where they pick you up. Snow tires wasn't available ( no info in voucher) and snow chains were 70 eur per period - way too expensive. Car was good, diesel and in good shape. Overall rate 8 1/2. Better if you speak French:)) "
