" When we got to their office there was no one there. we waited for about good 15 minutes, a lady came and then there was a huge line of people trying to get their cars, we finally took the contract, the lady told us to check the car for damage and tell her if there were any, I checked and I found one on the left back side of the car, I told about this to the lady and she told us it's okay, well i haven't rented a car before so i thought this was okay. when we got back after the drive the same day, the lady wasn't there but there was a man who check the car when we gave it back, he checked the car and told us we had to pay for the damage on the car, we told him it was already there when we took it, and he just kept saying its not on the contract sheet. we told him the story about what had happened that morning with the lady who said it was okay. in the end he charged me 198 euros for that damage which i didn't even do.. this is just a scam, i will promote not using of their services on social media and everyone i meet. "

" I went to pick up my car on Saturday at 5:10pm, the rental time for pick up was 5:00pm, and the office was already closed. Thus, I was without a car for the weekend. And I arrive late because there is no information of where hte office is located. It is not in the main terminal among hte other car rental companies. Their office is outside in one of the main car parks and, understandably, it is not always manned but the agent appeared within15 minutes. (there was a notice on the door to that effect) The vehicle was fine, although with a slightly higher mileage than renting from some of the bigger names.
