I would like to mention that when I received the car, I was told at the Avis agency at the kefalonia airport that the booking they had was for category H even though the official booking from you indicated a luxury SUV. The car that was offered to me as mentioned is a Ford Puma model. This is a car that is not an SUV and certainly not a luxury one. I was forced to purchase an "upgrade" that cost me 20 euros per day + tax as can be seen in the upgraded booking document for the additional price. I would also like to mention that I tried to contact you immediately from the agency itself and after half an hour without success as I was wasting time and arguing with the agency, so I decided to continue the trip and not cause myself all the trouble with unpleasant arguments. (By the way, the car I received as an upgraded BMW X2 was also dirty, with dry old wheels , without a spare tire, and the "bad" feeling I got from this booking accompanied the beginning of my trip. " My flight got canceled on last day leading to delay in my arrival at Santorini by 1 day. I was told by Autoeurope when I called to inform about delay that I need to confirm my exact new time of arrival as Avis person will pick me up from the airport to trait to their office , while Avis office was right at the airport and did not require any pick up.
