There was no liquid in the screen-wash. It was set to MPH rather than KPH. It did not have beeping radars to warn of proximity to obstacles. "

However , on Oct 3 , when we came in to pick up the car 2:15 pm at the Gare de Bordeaux , i was absolutely amazed that your staff told us since we have not 'show up' two hours after noon time , our reserved car "was given " to another customer! We end up have to wait at your shop for nearly three hours to wait for your delivery of another , which we were informed that we were "lucky" to get one . I have also checked the contract . There was never any mentioning of the pick up deadline on the document that you sent me. "
