" The vehicle was defective in several ways. It had a big gash i one tyre. The dashboard did n ot work, but indicated that the car ws 2,000kms beyond its due service. There was no liquid in the screen-wash. It was set to MPH rather than KPH. It did not have beeping radars to warn of proximity to obstacles. "
" Check in and check out were perfect - the same agent who was courtesy personified. Alas, at check out the car in front of me had sustained damage and there was quite a delay while the National personnel exploed the damage. "

" I arrived at the counter at 10:15, 15 minutes before the schedule, but the car was prepared only by 10:40. The car was dirty when I got it - there was some trash in the compartment and some dust on the carpets. Outside the car was dirty, there were a lot of spray from dirty water. The trunk was also a little dusty. Also, the tank was not full, only about a quarter. Of course, the staff member said me about this, but due to this, I had to waste precious time to fill the tank when I was heading to my destination. In addition, every time I started the car, the computer requested to change the oil. It didn't really bother me, but it means that the company doesn't care about the car properly. "

" I am not sure. The service and booking system is not as reliable as I have thought . Also , staff said that they can not contact me , but you do have my email and I never received any communication from you regarding the ' pick up ' deadline . "
" We have booked a car and paid in full for your basic charges more than three months ahead of our pick up date . However , on Oct 3 , when we came in to pick up the car 2:15 pm at the Gare de Bordeaux , i was absolutely amazed that your staff told us since we have not 'show up' two hours after noon time , our reserved car "was given " to another customer! We end up have to wait at your shop for nearly three hours to wait for your delivery of another , which we were informed that we were "lucky" to get one . I have also checked the contract . There was never any mentioning of the pick up deadline on the document that you sent me. "

Also I called to verify before hand an English speaking woman was very rude and said she can not find my reservation. Called again and spoke with someone else & they found my reservation. I have also sent email about the refund and have not gotten anything back from you guys! "
