Second she claimed i had no insurrance which was untrue but she kept on with negative claims that it was typical for companies like Auto Europe to not be transparant about these issues, making us belive we were covered when not but I knew that I had made sure of this when booking the car as i t was my first time and i did not want to take any chances. she spoke really fast and in poor English, it was getting late and with a long drive ahead of me, I ended up paying and was left to get my car on my own. Only to dicover that the car was parked dangerously close to the wall that I had no choice than to ask two workers for help to get the car out of the booth as I risked damaging the that i was unfamiliar with. They too were worried about by the way it was parked. It took them half an hour to start the car. We couldn't make the gps and bloototh to work, at that time I had lost too much time to go downstairs to the counter to ask for help since my experience with the person at the counter had not been good. It is sad, I was really looking forward for my first car hire and it ended up being a really stressful experience, for what reason?? Greed? just to get more money out of me ? "

" 1. fuel in tank is not be full like staff say when I take car and Goldcar take me deposit on card for full tank 2. The oil light came on after one day and no oil in engine. When I called the agency they said that I should go to the service centre and fix it myself , even though the money was taken for the complete insurance and insurance amount is 6 times higher than what is offered on net to me. The staff said that they would charge 50 eur for each small scratch and that therefore the deposit of 2000 euros that said first would probably be witheld but later they said deposit was 1300 euro and that I had to take full insurance for 340 euros because the car was got for a little money from you. I want someone to refund me the money I alredypaid for for insurance , Was offered 5,7 euros per day by message so that they would charge me 340 euros on spot. "
