" Rented with OK MOBILITY four times over the last month. Three times there was an issue which took extra time to resolve. First time they claimed I had damaged the car, but the damage was preexisiting. Fortunately I had picture to prove it. Second time they claimed I had removed the spare tyre from the car... After discussion it was agreed there was no tyre to start with. Finally they gave me a car which the key would not turn and therefore the car would not start. "

" The contact information written on the voucher was not useful. There was a Spanish phone number that nobody answered. OK Mobility had closed their Terminal 1 Counter. This I found out from AVIS counter. Not being able to contact them, I checked the OK Mobility website and found the information about location of the Terminal 2 counter. The counter staff was very nice, fast and helpful. The car had been cleaned inside and outside, just that the inside still had traces of a dog that had been all around the car: spots on the dashboard, elbow rest, door panels and rear glass. The car smelled very badly because of the dog that had been in the car. "

When returning, they claimede it was new damage. However, after a bit of review from the photos I took before starting it was agreed the damage was exisiting and it was not an issue. "

" Main point I was really disappointed about is finding out I had to pay 10€ extra per day for taking the car to Austria (which I assume is a very common use case with rentals in Munich). It increased the rental cost by 25% which is huge. At this price point I could have gone with almost any other well known car rental agency and get a better car and much more piece of mind. The guy at the counter finnaly found this buried in the contract but it should have been made very clear by you *before* signing the contract online. "
