" En general rent a car company's should be more clear at the time they inform about renting conditions. When you get to the counter to pick up the car... Always try to mixed up the terms in order to sell more insurances... And many times say that must be taken... Otherwise won't rent the car... "

" Renting with Auto Europe for years. Always great service & cost. Thrifty a bit shifty "
" Understaffed & inefficient at desk. I asked for one additional driver and no other add ons. Yet the bill from Hertz shows damage waiver €36, Theft protection€18, plus location charge,road tax, cross border fee.My voucher from Auto Europe was €525.59. Extras were €148.05 (included additional driver). Man at desk had limited English, etc. Thrifty not good "
