" I am very pleased at this time. We rarely used the car in Berlin, but it was really great having the car in the countryside and touring Germany visiting friends. "

" Buchbinder has merged into Auto Europa, and my initial bill was very much higher than I had paid for at Auto Europe. I approved a much lower bill after the rental agents investigated my rental arrangements and believe they honored the original booking as I don't see an additional bill on my credit card. "

" Very useful on the phone, prior the booking, so I could chose the right supplier (I was traveling in different countries). Good advise about the insurance, so, even I had to accept the blocking of a pretty high amount for an economy car (1,000 euro), the money were released in the same day after returning the car without any damage. The drop of the car in Stuttgart airport is also very smooth and easy. A good experience over all. "
