" The pick up at the airport was fine. the car was fine except for one thing I noticed by coincident 'No spare tire or jack!' when I mentioned it upon returning the car the clerk told me that that is not unusual and pointed to a Telephone number in case of a flat tire. I asked him what would happen if the renter doesn't have a cell phone or is somewhere in an area without cell service? He just shrug his shoulder. Also the return location is in a tiny street quite a distance from the train station. No lift to the station was offered and we had to drag our luggage for 700 meters to the station. We are seniors and it wasn't easy. Very inconvenient location and not very friendly or helpful staff. "
