" Counter closed at 18:00 despite taking my reservation for 18:00 pick-up. As an airport collection this was unacceptable for a Saturday. Sunday waited 45 minutes for counter to be manned. "

" There was one very nice lady serving normal customers and 7 customers waiting in front of me. It took one hour to get the car. The yellow oil light in the dashboard of the car starting glowing after 50 km. After checking that there was plenty oil Avis solution was go to the nearest VW dealer and solve the problem yourself, we do not have any cars or help for you. "

" There was a delay in our flight and we arrived at the counter about 3 hours after the original time of booking the vehicle. The representative informed us that we had already delivered the vehicles we ordered and we could get a vehicle in a lower category or wait between 3-5 hours for another vehicle to arrive. He acted with disrespect and insensitivity and ignored any request. Only after about half an hour and the intervention of another representative, suddenly found a vehicle (also in a lower category apparently) that suits our needs (4 adults with luggage). Overall, an unpleasant experience "

" No issues to date with Avis or AutoEurope w.r.t. the last rental but when there was an issue earlier this year on yet another rental, AutoEurope resolved it in an equally professional manner via their supercover insurance. Absolutely recommendable! "
" As usual all over the worls, Avis group are very courteous, professional and do not try to 'pressure' the tourist with buying extra insurance, even if the insurance is not directly with them. The cars are always never the ones you book but equivalent good ones if not even better. Highly recommended hands down. "
