" Booking process of the car was easy. As I'm not renting cars to often, it is always a challenge to understand in human language, what responsibility will be left on my shoulders with what insurance coverage. I'm not sure, if it is possible, but it would simplify things, if some examples of possible insurance cases would be brought out to illustrate the insurance offerings. "

" The counter staff was very professional and pleasant. He did not try to overly push for the extra insurances from Hertz on top of the selections done by me through Auto Europe. The only question mark was that we booked the car with the possibility to visit neighbouring countries as well, but there seemed to be some complication with the paperwork and the counter staff asked, if it is really necessary. "

" Tires were not for winter. Its were marked as "all season". At the rental time there was underlined that "winter tires are included". During the reservation process I marked the "other countries - Austria, Italy" option. Obvious my intention was to pass Autria and the north of Italy (a lot of mountains). Usually, the cars from the top companies does not have 35.000 km (may be at Thirfty or Maggiore). "

" I use Autoeurope frequently I never had an issue with it so far "

" The car I got had more scratches than marked, but the person in the garage was very helpful and marked every scratch. However at the drop-off there was only one colleague who was only responsible for showing me where to park the car and told me to report my issue to the office inside the building. So I did. I had one issue with the car that even if I refuelled it full, the fuel meter/display did not show full, only about 7/8. So on the next gas station I put an extra 4,5 L into the car. The tank was so full that the benzin started to flow out of the car tank, so I assume the meter is wrong in the car. Luckily I had the bills from the stations and showed them to the person at the counter in the office. He said that the car is not yet checked in, so he doesn't see the full details, but recorded my issues to the rental and told me if I get any charge on my card write and email. I noticed that they charged me around extra 74 EUR. I asked them why exactly, but no reply yet. Do you have a contact to them? "

" I had two hidden costs added by Hertz, which I was not informed by Autoeurope. One is location surcharge 150 euros and other one is crossborder fee 35 euros. It was mentioned in my reservation that I would travel in 3 countries. Of course, such hidden costs are not appreciated. "

" Booking process itself via web was smooth as always. I do suggest to read all disclaimers and FAQ and everything to be aware of possible process onsite. I somewhy forgot that even if I buy Super Cover with Zero Excess I have to pay for damage to local hire company and only afterwards create a claim to AutoEurope. And because of that I have some arguing with Hertz on place because their invoice included too many rows and the total sum was much bigger than I expected. So that required some explaining. But the car and ride were great and returning was also smooth. OK, I was in small (Weeze) airport too and there was no queues. "

" As I mentioned they provided like confirmation letter where I had to sign and it included too many rows and number what were totally different what I got from AutoEurope renting invoice. But as I had no time to argue I just signed and hoped for the best. Luckily after returning car Hertz sent me final invoice to the e-mail what had correct sums. "
