" Requested and paid for GPS but it was not set up and ready to go. I was not able to get it set up and was not able to use it. Enterprise did credit me for the cost but it was still a negative. Also the vehicle did not have cruise control or a back up camera. "

" Definitely not a good experience for getting a car that's not what we wanted. "

" We reserved a compact, automatic car but when we arrived, the agent tried to give us a manual car, saying no automatic available. When we insisted, he got us a BIG automatically suv after waiting at the counter for 30 minutes. He said that's the only car he's got so we had no choice but took it. The car was ok but just too big. We ended up scratching the side of the car a bit when trying to park at a garage an hour later. So even though the staff were courteous, we will never rent with Enterprise again. "
