" Overall good experience. Only problem was finding the car in the Multi-story car park. The numbering is not very easy to spot at night when you come up the wrong stairs. which area is =0-100 which 100-200 etc "

" When I made a reservation through "autoeurope" website I indicated that my husband and I are going to visit Prague. I booked BMW and received a confirmation from your company that I can make to go to Prague with additional charge 6 euro per day for driving out if Germany. We accepted. Then on our arrival day at National rent office in the Berlin airport the lady told that she can not give me BMW because it is not approved out of Germany, and gave us simple Ford for the SAME PRICE AS BMW! The lady agreed that it was mistake from your company but she could not propose anything else at place! "

" I am very disappointed because my booking was not fulfilled not because of my fault, the representatives of your company although they told me at every point how sorry they felt, never did anything towards offering a realistic solution to my problem. "
" At National Cologne airport office I had the problem of using normaly my credit card, a problem I encountered nowhere else in every other place I used my card during my trip to Germany. In addition to this, National failed to offer any alternative solution in me renting a car although I believe due to their continuous relationship with your company they would have achieved to find one for me. "

" Very unsatisfied, not professional, poor service "
" I booked my car from internet and had paid 230,12 euros. When i arrived at the counter at Cologne Airport your officer charged me extra 462,74 euros for the amount (deposit 250 euros + 212,74 euros) without giving me any reason for the 212,74 euros. One day before the end of my contract i went to your office at Monchengladbach and i asked the employee if i could renew my contract for a few days and he told me that it was ok. The next day 26/10/2018 i went to Monchengladbach office and the employee there told me that he couldn't renew my contract and told me to contact with Cologne's offices. I called there but nobody answered. Therefore your employee in a very rude manner told me to empty my car and give him the keys and that he couldn't renew my contract. Then they dropped me off at the train station from where i took a taxi to go to my destination for 60 euros. The whole procedure has caused me a lot of money and stress as well as disappointment from the service of your company. "
