Keddy's representative was sales oriented and pushed for an upgrade with motivation that the reserved vehicle is quite bad and has lot of damages. While I took the upgrade and liked the car, I will never book with them again if they feel ok with renting out bad and damaged cars. "

" Hello, I had a problem with Europcar's rental service. I rented a car from Stuttgart airport and planned to return it to the Ulm branch. During pick-up, I was informed that I could drop off the car at another Europcar branch with an extra fee of around 30-40 euros. However, when I went to the Ulm branch to return the car, I was told that the system didn't allow me to return it at the agreed fee of 35 euros because I had rented the car through an intermediary company. Instead, I was told I had to pay about 200 euros. This unexpected issue caused me a lot of inconvenience and hassle. I had to cancel all my meetings and go to Stuttgart airport at the last minute. To return to Ulm, I had to take the train from Stuttgart, which took hours as I had to go to other stations to catch the right train. Since I was unfamiliar with the transportation system in Germany, I had to figure out how to use public transportation at the last minute. "

" The only considerable problem that I experienced in this rental is in the drop-off. In the airport there was drop-off service provider that was serving for all the rental car brands and I gave the car to them. Then I asked for if they give any kind of receipt or something like that to state that I drop-off the car and they told me that an e-mail will be send. But the mail didn't come from any part, that service provider, the rental company Keddy or you Auto Europe. I wasn't sure whose responsibility it was to inform about the status of rental but I made me anxious and I still am. I hope this survey means that the process was completed without any problem. "

" Earlier it was possible to find prices for most of the extras, like cross-border fee, additional driver, etc.. during the booking process via the conditions without going too far in the process. They are often quite substantial and vary a lot, so it would be nice if these would be easily findable. "

" The Europcar/Keddy counter personnel provided a car which is clearly in different class than what I paid for: they provided Ford C-Max as being in the VW Passat class. They even showed me a class category to lie as being in the same class. I realized afterwards (as I didn't know the Ford model by heart) that it is definetely a smaller, less secure car, and I was driving with my 11 months old child in the back and with lots of luggage. So, I am very dissapointed about the Keddy/Europcar experience. Moreover, the Keddy/Europcar counter personnel even suggested that next time I whould use the Europcar website directly as I will be able to pay extra 50 euros in order to secure the exact same car as the one provided. "

" No one from InterRent was available at Stutgart Airport. Person from EuropCar refused to give car,as she doesn't have my confirmed booking details. After 90 mins and calls to diff. people, AutoEurope person booked one more vehicle,which costed more. Booking was for 2 days,i.e 500 kms. I have returned the car in 1 day and 30 minutes with 350 kms in total. They have calculated only 250 kms and charged extra money for extra 100 kms.Total amount charged are 2 bookings and for extra kms 1. Who is responsible for the delay of 90 mins. 2. I demand, Auto Europe should bear the extra charges for the 2nd booking. 3. Booking was for 2 days and 500 kms, why extra km were charged. Does Customer has to follow up several times for autoeurope mistakes? "
