" Autoeurope consistantly offer the best prices even in comparison with the rental agencies own offers. Website easy to use, great choice of cars and agencies, cancellation easy to facilitate if necessary. Thoroughly recommend. "

" Despite booking with Hertz 2 months ago, they had no record of my details so they had to reload them. Car offered was electric despite the fact that not all holiday homes/hotels have outside charging points and my destination didn't so had to wait for petrol car to be delivered which was dirty inside and scratched. Both times there was no one at the drop off point so had to take keys back to main desk. Unfortunately, the UK no longer understands the meaning of 'customer service' "

" Since Hertz UK disregarded the information provided on the voucher, Auto Europe should not co-operate with Hertz UK in the future. "

" Hertz intentionally cheated double "super cover" for the car resulting to 50% increase in rental cost. The car was smaller Vauxhall Corsa, not a Vauxhall Astra as specified on the voucher. "

" Took ~60 minutes in a queue at the Hertz counter at the Standsted Car Village. As a consequence of the long wait time, the Hertz representative upgraded our pre-paid vehicle for the 10-day rental term. The replacement vehicle was comfortable and economical for our high mileage trips throughout Britain. "
