" Having used most of the car rental agencies at London Gatwick, I always go with Enterprise even if the price is slightly more expensive because the service there is far superior and the the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, even if I have a gripe - Someone had smoked in the last car and despite cleaning the smell was deeply ingrained in the fabric - not the fault of Enterprise but they were willing to compensate me. "
