" Opulent fault the process of renting a car. The only drawback is it is off airport and sometimes it takes a while for the shuttle bus to arrive, but otherwise it is great. "

" Everything was as expected and the staff very helpful. I had a problem as I had forgotten to pick up my duty free bag. When I realised I called and called but nobody picked up the phone. I went back the next day and nobody had found anything. I thought perhaps the the person who hired the car after me had perhaps picked it up by mistake but the staff were unable to chase that up. It left me disappointed as the value in the duty free was around €78. "

" Our third time using Easirent and we are very happy with our experience. Friendly, relaxed staff member dealt with our booking efficiently. It is easy to get to and from the Gatwick terminals using the bus provided. The car we hired on this occasion was brand new and great to drive. Handing the car back was also straightforward and no fuss. Both on arrival and return, things were organised and went smoothly. We have always managed to hire from Easirent at a great price compared to some of the big name rental companies. "

" Was very happy with Easirent, apart from being charged £95 on my credit card for fuel, instead of a hold. This was reversed by them and my bank, but as I paid in another currency there were conversion fees. I would prefer this to have been a hold, as the excess was. "

" This company is a bit like Ryanair... Follow the rules and everything will be alright, step out of line and they will charge you. In this respect it can be a bit intimidating renting a car from these guys, but they are significantly cheaper than other firms. "

" - Easirent wanted to additionaly charge us £ 20 for supposedly having arrived after closing of their office, even though we arrived at 11.15 p.m. and according to the voucher office hours were 6 a.m. till midnight?! - In addition Easisrent ultimately pushed us to buy additonal excess insurance to waive 'maximum excess amount', even though we were already covered by your 'super cover' insurance. They 'threatened' us otherwise to pro-actively charge the £ 1'250 min. excess amount to my credit card. - Last but not least Easirent charged us with £ 30 for half full tank option, event though is was not part of our contract. Even though car was almost new (so no complain here), after all this rental was a pretty unsatisfactory experience for us! "
