" I usually book a car with green motion. But bizarrely it is nearly always cheaper to go through an agent (like yourselves) than to book direct. "
" Slow at check in, shift changeover I think, only one member of staff for 20 minutes. But he was very aware of the people waiting, while dealing with a difficult customer, made eye contact, apologised for delay etc. Otherwise totally good experience, good car, good price, good service. "

" Overall very good, but the difference in fuel policy spoilt it for me... I would not have chosen this company if I had known tje fuel policy woukd change and it wasn't going to be 'full to full' fuel... :-( "
" My confirmation voucher stated clearly that the fuel would be 'full to full', but Green Motion said it had to be 'same to same'. This is always very difficult to judge and as expected ended up with me putting too much fuel in the car. I feel cheated. Apart from this Green Motion did really well. "

" Collecting the car was easy as you just wait for Green Motion shuttle at Gatwick to take you to their yard. The gentleman who took care of us (Abdul) was very efficient. Upon return of the vehicle the shuttle just took us back to the Airport. Very easy and trouble free. "
