" Flextogo charged me afterwards of 25 euros for a dirty map under driver´s seat. I have never seen that before but okey I paid only 120 euros for renting from 23rd of August till 30th : one week. They have no desk at the airport which I did not know beforehand. An employee of another car rental company told me. One was to phone to some number to get a shuttle to the location of Flextogo. There was no understandable answer from the given number but soon we saw a shuttle marked Flextogo which got us to the car rental. There were two at the desk taking us in. They only have ipads to work with. A woman registered all the things accurately.( I thougt I had already done that.) She asked if I was to cross borders, I said no. Then she offered either to pay 245 for full insurance for the week or to take 900 till 2500 euros of the card if sth would happen to the car. I took the latter which I regreted during the rental because of the risk but I hope that will be alright because nothing happened to vehicle. The woman at the desk said 245 Euros was a good price and I think she meant it ! I would expect that one could travel freely across borders in (West)Europe in a car rental marked under the catecory Auto Europe and unlimited milage. But that seems to cost some or at least cost more in insurance (?). "

" 1. When booking, there was no information anywhere that you would have to use the "shuttle bus" to the rental point. This information appeared only in your reminder letter before the rental. No one was waiting at the indicated place, I had to call the rental and then they came. 2. The fact that traveling abroad is for a fee should be indicated already in the additional services of the booking, and not in "small print" somewhere at the end of the rental terms. This service increased the rental bill by 50%!!! 3. A compact class car was booked, but a small class car was given. VW Golf and Seat Arona are not the same class of cars! 4. After returning the car, it turned out that it had damage to the windshield - an approximately 4mm dent, which is impossible not to hear when a stone hits the windshield and not notice when looking! This shows that this company does not make money from car rental, but from the damage deductible, because the repair costs were exactly as high as the deductible. Good thing I had purchased deductible insurance! 5. Performs "mystical" actions with a credit card - blocks money, unblocks, blocks again and then blocks again. I write them an e-mail about this, the answering machine replies that they will answer in 2 weeks! In summary: read the rules from A to Z, be sure to buy deductible insurance, but anyway I will not use this company again! "

" When I drop-off the vechicle the staff member told me that there is no need of inspection. 15 min later I recieve a protocol with a gamage indicated even there was no such. Lukely I was still at the airport so returned back to the car and after a discussion with th staff they write down that it ws not my fault. Now waiting to see if they will fix the protocol and fully release my deposit. "

" No shuttle bus transport was mentioned before issuing the voucher and the payment! No instructions were given how to reach Flex to go!! 20 min waiting in the cold weather in the airport and 20min more to go to the parking of Flex to go!!! 150€ extra fees were asked in order to go to Austria when all the Car rental COs they are asking 4-5€ per day!!! The car after the first 10km popped up an indication that the oil level was excessively high and remained for the 5 days!!!!!! Arriving to the drop off parking we had to wait for another 20 min for the shuttle bus!!!! "

" Unfortunately we are totally disappointed with the service and the company. We managed to take the car from the kiosk with a two hours delay but this was the smallest problem we had. After our communication few days earlier about the insurance and your confirmation as follow: "The voucher: EU21656102 has Full Damage Protection with Breakdown coverage, I have checked and for this booking there is no rates with the Zero Excess Insurance, so the one you have booked, is the maximum insurance you can have for that car category, location and dates." The company FLEX TO GO asked us extra 450 euro if we pay with a debit card in order to have full insurance or 150 euro extra with credit card. We showed them our voucher and your confirmation about the insurance but they told us you are not correct and we have to pay extra in order to take the car!!We made the second choice because it was impossible to spend this unplanned amount. In addition to this they asked us to pay 160 euro EXTRA in order to have access to Austria. This is an extremely big amount compared with other companies that of course we were not informed in advance. Nothing about in terms/policy of the company. Last but not least they have never sent us any document for our rental and the car had no licence papers so in Austria, Austrian police gave us a ticket of 25 euro. Please find it attached!Police inform us that the company is TOTALLY responsible for this. We are totally disappointed and we kindly ask you for a refund for all these above.Please protect your services and your brand from these kinds of circumstances. "
